Access to the https://www.haleco.eu website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and the use of its content are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions of Use. The General Terms and Conditions of Use hereof may be amended or completed at any time. These amendments are deemed to be accepted unconditionally by all Site users.

4. Personal Data Management

Personal data is protected by French Act n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data protection (loi relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés), amended by Act n° 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, Article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Parliament and Council Directive 95/46/EC of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Haléco only collects users’ personal data to better respond to user expectations. This data is collected in a code-protected customer file. The user provides this information voluntarily.
