SORBTRACKER®, the 1st smart absorbent
Exclusive: during the Pollutec 2012 Trade Show, Haléco will present its new, revolutionary absorbent: SORBTRACKER®. Thanks to QR Code technology integrated in the product, customers will be able to monitor and optimize their stocks of polypropylene absorbents.
SORBTRACKER® concept
Now totally integrated into industrial groups and other professionals’ practices, absorbents used as consumables need to have a rapid purchasing and delivery process. With this in mind, Haléco redesigned the packaging of its absorbents to tailor it to the needs of its mobile customers, who wish to save time on procurement.
A label integrated before the end of the roll of absorbent visually informs the user that there is only 5 metres of absorbent left and, as such, allows her/him to anticipate replenishment before finishing the roll.
This label is detachable and allows the user to peel it off and keep the product reference and Haléco contact details close at hand, thus making the following ordering process much easier.
The label is stamped with a tag which, when flashed with a smartphone, transmits a request directly to Haléco’s IT system and generates the order or the request based on the settings configured by the customer. The absorbents are then delivered within 12 to 24 hours pursuant to the agreed terms and conditions.
Users no longer need to worry about looking for all the order details to be resupplied!
